1. 30-Day Free Trial

• Your 30-day trial begins upon account creation.
• No credit card is required to start the trial.
• After 30 days, access will be suspended.
• To continue, you must select a paid plan.
• Trial data is deleted after 30 days of inactivity.

2. Compliance With Anti-Spam Laws

By using this service, you agree to follow these regional laws:

• USA: CAN-SPAM Act
• Canada: CASL (requires express consent)
• UK: PECR and UK GDPR
• Australia: Spam Act 2003 (requires 5-day opt-out processing)
• New Zealand: Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007
• South Africa: POPIA (Section 69)

3. Prohibited Content & Industries

We do not allow emails related to:

• Purchased lists or scraped data.
• Cryptocurrency, forex, or "get rich quick" schemes.
• Gambling, betting, or adult content.
• Pharmaceuticals or unverified supplements.
• Multi-level marketing (MLM) or pyramid schemes.

4. Mandatory Email Requirements

Every email sent through our platform must include:

• A valid physical mailing address of the sender.
• A clear, one-click unsubscribe link.
• Accurate "From" and "Subject" lines.

5. Payments and Cancellation

• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually.
• You may cancel at any time via the billing dashboard.
• No refunds for partial billing periods.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Termination

• High bounce rates (>5%) may trigger account review.
• High spam complaint rates (>0.1%) may cause immediate suspension.
• Use of prohibited industries results in permanent termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

We provide the service "as is." We are not responsible for:

• Deliverability issues caused by your content.
• Legal penalties you incur for non-compliance.
• Loss of data or business profits.

8. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including QuickBooks Online and Xero. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. Intuit and QuickBooks are registered trademarks of Intuit Inc. Used with permission. Xero is a registered trademark of Xero Limited.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
